From Carissa’s mom: Carissa is out of surgery and is doing well. They removed adhesions, created an ostomy where her j-tube had been and placed a new j-tube. Praying that she will be able to eat and handle j-tube feedings so she can get off of TPN now. She will be in the TICU for a day or two, if all goes well.
